雞蛋       2隻

洋葱       半個

沙律醬     3湯匙

三文治方包 6片

步驟:

1. 先將雞蛋烚熟,去殼剪碎備用。5978

2. 洋葱切粒備用。5990

3. 吞拿魚壓碎,加入所有材料拌勻。5990

4. 將鍚紙裁成長方,玻璃紙裁成比鍚紙更長的長方形。6004

5. 將餡料塗在麵包上,卷成圓筒形,用鍚紙卷起,再整成糖狀便成。6012

這種包裝成糖果般的健康零食確實令不少兒童神魂顛倒。這種小食營養均衡,當中蘊含多種營養素,如澱粉質、蛋白質和脂肪。除此之外,更包含多種微量元素如維生素A和D,對兒童的正常成長及免疫力發展極為重要。另外,很多家長會擔心雞蛋中膽固醇含量對心臟健康的影響,但其實外國有不少研究發現,單憑攝取雞蛋未必能夠促使膽固醇積聚於血管中,反而是過多飽和脂肪(如午餐肉、牛肉、雞皮、全脂牛奶、香腸等)會導致體內合成膽固醇,最終積聚於血管中。適量進食雞蛋能提升兒童記憶力和學習能力,因蛋黃含有豐富的膽鹼(Choline)。最後,若果家長擔心沙律醬的脂肪含量過高的話,可考慮選購較為健康的低脂沙律醬。

Tuna Sandwich Candy

Ingredients:  

Canned tuna 1 can

Eggs 2 pieces

Onion ½ piece

Salad dressing 3 table spoon

Bread 3 slices

Wrapping:

Tin foil

Cellophane paper

Steps:

1. Boil the eggs. Remove the shell and cut it into small pieces.

2. Dice the onion into small pieces.

3.Flake the tuna, then, add in the eggs, onion and salad dressing and mix them all up.

4. Cut the tin foil into rectangular shapes. Do the same with the cellophane but cut them into larger rectangles.

5.Spread the mixture onto a slice of bread. Roll it into a cylinder shape. Wrap it with tin foil. At last, use a piece of cellophane to cover the tin foil and then make it into a candy shape.

Tips:

1. You can add celery into the mixture to give it a crispier texture.

2. Healthier Choice – Select tuna in water instead of tuna in oil!

 

Nutrition Analysis

Kids should love the appearance of this candy-like snack. This snack is filled with various nutrients, including carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Besides, it also contains various micronutrients such as vitamin A and D, and these vitamins are essential for the normal growth and the development of the immune system in children.
